"My recent visit to the site was frustrating"
I just tried using the website recently, and it kind of put me off. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, the filters didn’t feel smooth, and a few pages loaded strangely on my phone. Maybe it’s usually better, but based on that experience, I gave up before placing an order.

"Heads up: customer service was basically useless"
Just a warning for anyone thinking about ordering here, don’t expect much help if something comes up. I asked a simple question about my order and kept getting bounced around with slow replies that sounded completely copy-pasted. No one actually answered what I was asking, they just kept telling me to check the website. For what they charge, I really expected at least basic customer support. Super frustrating, and I wouldn’t order from them again

"Had to Wait for Some Lights to Come Back"
A few of the lights I wanted weren’t in stock, so I had to wait for them to be restocked. I’m sure other customers would probably appreciate a heads-up on availability before ordering, but overall it wasn’t a huge issue

"Warranty support was... pointless"
I had a fixture quit working while it was still under warranty, so I figured, okay, this should be straightforward. I sent over everything they asked for and then just... waited. And waited. When they did reply, it was slow, and most of it felt like copied-and-pasted responses.
In the end, I didn’t really get any actual help, just more steps and more hoops to jump through. So yeah... I’m not buying from here again. The warranty support was basically useless for me

"For some reason, the price felt a bit much"
For some reason, I was expecting a little more for what I paid. It just felt way too pricey to me for what I actually got.

"Refund process felt off"
I returned my order something about the whole refund process just felt off. They kept saying it would be handled soon, but I had to keep emailing just to get any kind of update. Every response basically felt like another way of telling me to wait longer. The refund did eventually move along, but it took way too much chasing and they barely gave me any real information. I’m not planning to order from lightsonline.com again.

"Got the wrong light"
I ordered one light fixture, but a totally different one showed up in the box. The finish and style weren’t what I picked at all, so now I’ve got to mess with returning it instead of just installing it. It’s frustrating because the order confirmation was right. I just wanted the one I paid for.

"Delivery felt too unreliable for me"
I ordered a light fixture because the site said it would arrive in a few days, and I planned around that. When it didn’t show up, the tracking barely changed for almost a week, which made me uneasy.

I ended up emailing them twice just to get a clear idea of what was happening. The fixture did eventually arrive, but it was later than I needed it, so the delay caused more hassle than I expected.
The light itself is perfectly fine, but the delivery process felt too unpredictable for me. I’m cautious about ordering when timing matters, so I’m not sure I’d risk buying from them again unless I had a lot of extra time to spare.

Maybe it’s just me, but I expected the packaging to be a lot better. The box arrived all smashed up and didn’t look like it had been packed with much care

"Decent lights, but the shipping took more effort than it should’ve"
I ordered a couple of lights from lightsonline.com, and the selection was solid. The prices seemed reasonable, and once everything finally showed up, the lights looked like the pictures, so no real complaints there.

The annoying part was the shipping. It took longer than I expected, and I felt like I had to keep checking for updates myself instead of just being kept in the loop. Customer service did respond when I reached out, but not exactly quickly. Overall it was okay, but it felt like more effort than it needed to be.

"Installation was a total headache"
I was excited to get this set up, and at first I thought, okay, maybe it’ll be fine. Nope. The installer showed up late and then didn’t have the parts needed to finish the job. I called support thinking they’d sort it out quickly, but they took forever and weren’t really helpful. I ended up having to reschedule and spend more time dealing with it myself. Super frustrating. I went from looking forward to it to wishing I never ordered it.

"I had to send back a light..."
I had to send back a light fixture because it just didn’t work in the room like I thought it would. The return did go through, so that part was okay, but it took a few emails back and forth and felt slower than I expected?? The refund showed up eventually, which I appreciated. Not a bad experience overall, but could the process be a little smoother??

My light showed up damaged, which was annoying enough on its own, but I figured okay, these things happen, I’ll just contact lightsonline and get it sorted. I sent them photos right away and expected a straightforward replacement or refund, but instead it turned into this long back-and-forth with slow replies and no clear answer, and I kept thinking, why is this so difficult?

It really felt like I was the one having to chase them over and over for something that wasn’t even my fault. I get that companies have processes, but the whole thing just felt badly handled and way more frustrating than it needed to be. I’m still not happy with how it ended up, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Nice options, but it depends what you're looking for"
They do have a solid selection of lights, which I appreciated, especially if you’re still figuring out what style you want. For me though, it got a little overwhelming after a while trying to sort through everything. A few of the designs started to feel similar too. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just maybe better if you already have a clear idea of what you need

"I did get my order in the end..."
I did get my order in the end, but the communication wasn’t great. Updates were slow, and I found myself checking on it instead of getting clear emails along the way. Nothing went horribly wrong, but it did make me trust the process a bit less. Better communication would help a lot.

"I waited in the queue way longer than..."
I waited in the queue way longer than I expected, which was already annoying, and then when I finally got the product, the specs didn’t match what was listed at all. Frustrating experience overall.

"Nice-looking lights, but the quality varies"
These lights look nice once they’re up. That said, one of the shades felt a little cheap compared to the rest, so the quality seems a bit mixed overall.
